At Vista Blinds, we take pride in delivering premium-quality custom window coverings designed to fit your home perfectly. Please review the following policies carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from Vista Blinds, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Ordering & Measurements

  • All blinds are custom-manufactured according to the measurements and specifications provided by the customer.
  • Vista Blinds is not responsible for errors in measurements submitted by the customer.
  • We strongly recommend following our measurement guide or requesting assistance before placing your order.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard production and delivery timelines will be provided at checkout. Delays may occur due to supplier or courier issues.
  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Vista Blinds is not liable for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
  • Initial order shipping is included (if applicable). For warranty claims or repairs, customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping blinds back to Vista Blinds.

3. Installation

  • Unless otherwise stated, installation is not included with your order.
  • Vista Blinds is not responsible for damages to blinds, walls, or property caused during installation performed by the customer or a third-party installer.

4. Colour Disclaimer

  • Colours may appear differently depending on the device, monitor, or screen settings.
  • We strongly recommend ordering free samples before purchasing to confirm the true colour, texture, and finish.
  • To ensure consistency, order multiple blinds of the same colour at the same time from the same production batch.

5. Care & Maintenance

  • Customers are responsible for proper care and maintenance of their blinds.
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper cleaning, misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

6. Warranty Policy

  • V-Line Motors: 2-year warranty
  • Somfy Motors: 5-year warranty
  • All Other Blinds: 2-year warranty
Manufacturing Defects
  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of the product.
  • Customers must provide photos and may join a video consultation for verification.
  • Upon confirmation of a defect, Vista Blinds will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
Shipping for Warranty Claims
  • Customers must cover the shipping costs to return blinds for inspection or repair.
  • Vista Blinds will cover shipping for sending repaired or replaced products back to the customer.
Exclusions
  • Incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
  • Damage caused during installation.
  • Damage due to misuse, mishandling, negligence, accidents, or environmental factors.
  • Normal fading, wear, or stretching over time.

7. Returns & Refunds

All blinds are custom-made. Vista Blinds does not accept returns or provide refunds. We address issues under warranty terms.

8. Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Orders may only be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement.
  • Once production has begun, no changes or cancellations can be accepted.

9. Payment & Pricing

  • All prices are subject to GST/PST where applicable.
  • Accepted payment methods: credit card, debit, and other options listed at checkout.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

Vista Blinds’ liability is strictly limited to repair or replacement of defective products. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Customer information is collected solely for fulfilling orders and providing customer service. Vista Blinds does not sell or share customer information except as required to complete transactions.
