Vista Blinds - Returns & Warranty

Returns & Refunds

Please note that all orders are custom-made to your measurements. As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order has been placed. Our goal is to ensure you receive the best quality blinds designed specifically for your space.

Warranty Coverage

  • V-Line Motors: Covered under a 2-year warranty.
  • Somfy Motors: Covered under a 5-year warranty.
  • All Other Blinds: Covered under a 2-year warranty.

Manufacturing Defects

If you believe your blinds have a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. You will be asked to provide clear pictures of the issue. If needed, we may schedule a video call to better assess the problem. Once verified, we will repair or exchange the blinds under warranty.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs to send blinds back for inspection or repair. After verification, we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired/replaced product back to you.

Disclaimer

Warranty does not cover damage due to incorrect measurements, mishandling, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Our team is always available to guide you through proper installation and care to maximize the life of your blinds.
